Sterkari út í lífið is website and app, designed to facilitate parents' access to professional content to strengthen the self image of children and teenagers. The material is intended to facilitate conversations about many things that concern the strengthening of the identity of children and adolescents. Teachers and other professionals who work with this group have also been making use of the material.

The project is in constant development. The app is relatively new, but there you can find mindfulness exercises for all age groups. New toolkits were also added to website about social skills. The material is prepared by professionals and is based on a solid evidence base.
